This web site provides a means for non-profit organizations to conduct surveys aimed at assessing and enhancing their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts. While designed specifically by non-profit organizations themselves, the surveys can be adapted to serve the needs of all types of governance structures - from non-profit organizations to foundations, from coalitions to municipalities and beyond. If you are responding to an invitation to take part in a survey by an organization, you should have received an email with instructions and a link to register for the survey. Please contact the organization directly if you have not received this email. If you need to leave and come back to your survey later, your responses will saved automatically.
